Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
After an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee product availability in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any lawful reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product availability.
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
Prices, products, and shipping fees are subject to change without notice. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been completed.
Payment
Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Old World Oven does not store or have access to your full payment card information.
Orders are not considered complete until payment has been successfully processed.
Shipping
Because our products are baked fresh, orders are generally shipped Monday through Wednesday to help ensure the highest quality upon delivery.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Old World Oven.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses.
Freshness
Our baked goods are prepared fresh for each order.
For the best quality, we recommend enjoying your order soon after delivery and following any included storage instructions.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, we generally cannot accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is another issue with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each situation individually and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
